It brings together scholars of history, science, agriculture, engineering, music, art, diplomacy and law as well as communications experts to tell the story of Clemson’s remarkable life, the times that helped shape him and his ongoing influence today.
The 400 page hardback book includes one 16-page color signature of historical portraits and selections from Mr. Clemson’s art collection. In addition to each chapter’s illustrations, the biography features genealogy charts of the Clemson and Calhoun families dating from the 1600s to the 1970s.
