Giving to Clemson: Snow Challenge
Because of the positive student experience their daughter Ashley, a 2014 Clemson graduate, had here at the University, Dave and Lynette Snow committed $2.4 million to Clemson University. This donation served as the lead gift for the campaign to build the Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Center. The Snow family is now challenging the entire Clemson Family to raise funds through Clemson University’s Division of Student Affairs to complete the intramural field facility at the Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Center. To maximize the impact of the Snow’s gift of $2.4 million to this project, they are issuing a challenge for the Clemson Family where they will match any gift of any size up to $1 million.
Dave and Lynette Snow invite you to accept their challenge to step forward and help complete the Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Center. The Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Center will give students access to sports fields, hiking trails, a beach area and outdoor classrooms. This first-class recreational facility will enable them develop leadership, healthy lifestyles, have an outlet for physical and mental well-being, and build lifelong friendships. This facility will provide all our students yet another part of the complete Clemson experience — an experience they will cherish forever.
